We’re getting to that time of the year when we pretty much wear the same clothing in both the Northern & Southern Hemisphere – it’s time for transeasonal clothing. For some it can be incredibly tricky trying to dress for the chilly mornings/warm days or the hot days with a cool breeze. But my trick? Mix it up! Pair your summer must-haves with fall’s new styles. That way you’re layering in style whilst keeping cool/warm with the crazy, fluctuating temperatures.
My new go-to for perfect Spring/Fall staples? Stylewe. They have an amazing collection of brands & styles which will keep you on-trend for days. Seriously, check them out! Here are my favourites:
Denim & off the shoulder? I’m so in. Layer a jacket over this dress for those in-between days.
Get some Self Portrait-esque action with this gorgeous monochrome lace dress. Go with bare legs while it’s warm & add stockings & over-the-knee boots as it cools down!
Repeat after me: leather pants will always & forever be in our transeasonal wardrobes. Amen.
So. Much. 70’s. Inspo right here in this dress. The 1970’s influence over the runways is starting to merge into simpler details. Instead of looking like you’ve stepped off the pages of a 1974 Vogue, go for 70’s inspired silhouettes like this dress with prints.
What Fall should be all about in the Northern Hemisphere – this colour. It’s, simply put, amazing. Throw this easy trench coat over basically anything & look like you won the dress code every time.
My love affair for off the shoulder blouses is definitely not abating. The good news about this one? Work it back with a pencil skirt & pumps for the office.
The new slit skirt? This one with two slits up the front. This is literally one of the shapes of the new season. You’ll get so much wear of this baby! You should also check out their selection of miniskirts – practically perfect for any month of the year!
