Ok this recipe is so, so easy. Like I’m not even exaggerating in the least. Plus, the outcome is unimaginably delicious! You get the creaminess of the avocado with the tang of the feta & shallots. Perfect for a Sunday brunch or a simple entree.
So here’s what you need:
100g feta cheese
3 or 4 stalks of shallots
1 lemon, juiced
Chop up the shallots & get the avocado skin & pit out of the way & then just pop it all into a blender.
Just prepare & blend. Dip = made.
Do you love me or what?! If you like it super smooth, blend it more, if you want to keep it slightly chunky, blend it less. Add more of any of the ingredients if you would like. Serve it up with some pita chips or crackers.
It’s refreshing, tangy, rich & creamy &, most importantly, healthy so dig in!
