Walking around Mayfield Garden out in the country was definitely a highlight of our trip. The garden had been landscaped so beautifully and all the lakes made it look so European. It was a hot day out in the country but the good thing was it was a dry heat and not humid at all. So wearing a long sleeved button down was an easy choice to protect myself from too much sun. This embellished one by Halogen was such a great buy. I love how it the little bits of beading add interest to what is otherwise just a classic chambray shirt. I paired it with my velvet patterned jeans for a subtle pattern clash. And, whilst it may look a little bit country (especially when worn out in the country!) a turned-up collar is the best defense against the Australian sun.
