Missoni at The Farm

Missoni at The Farm 6

I had a lovely weekend, this past one – me & the Mothership headed out to breakfast not once but both days which was absolutely divine! On Saturday we tried a brand new cafe/wholefoods bulk buy shop in Neutral Bay called The Farm. This is apparently the second iteration with the first located in Potts Point. The cafe itself is beautifully furnished with lots of blonde wood, stools at the window (where we sat) & tables lining the street. They have a huge wholefoods bulk buy section of the shop stocking everything from bee pollen to organic cacao. Seriously this place have¬†everything. It’s actually very convenient too, considering it’s one block away from a Woolworths which often doesn’t stock some of the more esoteric spices & grains. The Mothership ordered the Crunchola (their version of a granola bowl) & I went for the Acai Bowl. Even though it was a little chilly & I knew my breakfast would probably make me even more colder, I’ve been wanting to try a good, organic, super-healthy Acai Bowl for what seems like forever so I couldn’t pass up the opportunity! Honestly, it was delicious. Sweet but not too sweet & covered with perfect rows of coconut flakes, fresh sliced banana & other delicacies. For the cool-ish morning I threw a Missoni long cardigan on over my jeans & tee to smarten things up a little bit. If you ever get your hands on a long cardigan by Missoni, treasure it! These pieces are so beautiful & indispensable!
